Eileen Scott
Director of Organisational Development
Eileen has held a number of senior positions in human resources and change management in both the public and private sectors.
Before joining English Partnerships in January 2003 she was Director of Organisational Development and Corporate Affairs for Communities Scotland and had responsibility for business excellence through the human resources, communications, IT and consultancy functions.
Her non-executive appointments have included: Board Member, Scottish Ambulance Service Director Quality Scotland Foundation and Director, Scottish Leadership Foundation.
Other interests include serving on a number of committees including housing associations and mental health organisations.
