Margaret Fay OBE
Margaret Fay was appointed Chairman of One NorthEast in December 2003 after spending 22 years with Tyne Tees Television.
Margaret is a Non-Executive Director of Darlington Building Society and Patron of the Tees Valley Community Foundation. She was formerly a Governor at the University of Teesside.
Margaret was awarded an OBE in June 2004 for services to broadcasting and an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration in July 2004 from Sunderland University for services to Broadcasting, Business and Regional Life. In June 2005, Margaret was appointed the Prince of Wales Ambassador for the North East.
